how you can and cant use my art

• alwats credit me as 'noctlas332' when reuploading my art
• when crediting me, please link to my website 'https://noctlas332.neocities.org' wherever possible
• do not train ai on my art, nor feature it in databases that shall be used for such activites
• do not repost my art to platforms that train ai on their users posts (this includes pinterest, twitter, instagram, and any other that does this)
• pereferably dont reupload to platforms im already on (see here), and just share in the platform intended way
• credit me if you use my art as a pfp or banner, or at least have my name on hand to tell someone if they ask
• credit me if you use my art to decorate a blog or carrd or website or anything of the sort
• if youre using my art in a blinkie or stamp or button or anything of the sort, please credit me somwhere this information wont get lost, like in the filename, and make this rule clear when sharing it
• if you edit my art (for example draw your headcanons onto it) you still need to credit me when posting
• preferabley dont trace my art (it is NOT a good way to learn art i hate to say it), but if you do, dont post it, but if you do, then credit me

how you can use my characters and designs

• dont make characters that intentionally look like my characters
• taking inspriration from the vibes or atmosphere or universe they live in is ok
• making your own character to fit my oc universes is ok (like self inserts and what not)
• please contact me if you want to sell goods or merch with your art of my characters
• making changes to the designs of my characters is ok, but dont remove disabilities or lighten skin or the likes
• drawing my characters or represeting my oc universes in hateful or bigoted ways is never allowed
• when posting about my characters, they must always be denoted as such (aka mention the character is mine (as in dont pretend theyre your own characters or lie about where theyre from))
