kiro plushiee

i started working on my kiro plushie on 10th of february 2025, and finsihed on the 24th,, it didnt take that long, i just dropped it for ages in the middle of working on it ehe,,,,, im only writing on the 12th of mayo 2025 though, so i fear my memroy of exact processes might be a little rusty,, i hope to still be able to talk about making my kiro plushie though rwar



having previously made a plushie of mayo as practise for this one, i had a better idea of how to begin, so i didnt amek all the same mistakes as last time,, as such, i started with creating the basis for a kiro prism

a photo of kiro plush in the making on my desk. there is a white felt sheet, and a second white felt sheet in the process of being cut into a humanoid shape. visible is also white and greay thread, two pairs of scissors, and a sketch of the plan for kiro plush

next i used jewewlwerly wire i got ot make the supports for kiros ! !, and i cut out the hair that will go in the front,,

white felt has been cut into a humanoid shape, and black felt has been cut into shape for the front of the hair. there is also a small pair of pliars and wire. some of the wire has been used to make a circle with two lines sticking out of it

i then started sowing on the sides to the back part, however it quickly became clear i did not have enough white felt, so i started replacing it with pink in the parts that would not be visivle as id be covering them with clothes,, i chose pink because i knew id only be using it for the little cheeks, and that wuldjnt take much fekt

the white humanoid part has has its head cut off, and a long strips of white felt have been sown onto its edges, to make the base for a sort of prism. visible are also a pair of scissors, black and yellow felt, sowing needles, images of kiros official art, and sketches of the planned plush same as previous image, but the kiro prism has been flipped over to show where the edge is more clearly a cropped photo of the kiro plush prism, showing that the spaces along the edge not lined with white felt, have light pink felt in them instead. a bacl oval has also been sown on for the head

i sowed a little mouth onto its face,, i think this part is cute because it actaully uses thread and isnt just felt super glued on, which makes it more plushie-likein my mind,,

when i was making the eyes, i was considering if i should give it pupils or not, but after asking some people on discord the overwhelming consensus is that its cuter without pupils, so kiro became pupillless,,

in progress kiro plush face. there are now eyes over the previously mentioned eye dots. these consist of a piece of black felt for the eyelashes, and red, yellow, and green felt for the coloured part of the eyes same photo as before, but now there is an extra piece of black felt in place of the pupils

little cheeks mentioned earlier were then added

cropped photo of the front of kiro plush. there are two little light pink ovals for blush on the cheeks. the eyes are without pupils

one issue with supergluing felt is that he glue seeps through the felt, and leaves white marks when it dries,, to comba thtis, i sinpky sharpie over them, however i didnt realise my green sharpie was so so much darker than the felt, so i had to just colour that whole part of the eye in,

the front of kiro plush. there is now yellow felt in the shape of a hat on the head, and black felt has been added for the hair. there are white splotches on some of the coloured felt where super glue soaked through it same as before, but the white splotches have been sharpied over with markers matching the colours of the felt, so they are no longer visible

i finished the back part and the sides, and stuck the wire frame through it,

the shape with white and pink edges. it now has yellow and black edges on the head part for the hat and hair. the circle with lines from earlier is sitting in the head part, with the two lines sticking out of the top edge

finshing sowing up the stuffed kiro,,,,

the front being sown onto the edges. the yellow felt for the hat has markings like kiros hat done in green thread. the plushie is stuffed very tightly with stuffing which can be seen through the yet to be sown up part in its head

i did not take into account the curvature of the head , and how taht would cahnge the way in which the different parts sit together,,

a close up on the side of the plushies head, now fully sown up. the green markings on the hat dont line up across the edge and the front, due to my lack of planning for the curvature from the stuffing

getting dressed !!

the sown up kiro plush laying on my desk. it is bald but has clothes now. yellow and black felt was used on the legs, and black and white felt was used to make a long coat. there are clear seems at the shoulders and at the waist

startwd on the hivisvest but i realised the buttons slash signs would be on the wrong side, so i had to roatate it,,

kiro plush laying on my desk. it now has hair and more white markings on the coat. the horizontal part and one of the shoulder parts of a high vis vest are on kiro plush, made out of neon yellow slash green ribbon. beside kiro plush is the second shoulder part. this is also a neon ribbon, but this one has 4 coloured buttons sown onto it same as before but the second shoulder part is cropped out and the vest on kiro has been rotated so taht the other shoulder has the finished shoulder part now

finsihed the vest and went on to the ! !

same as before but now the shoulder part with buttons has been sown on

heres also how many fucking super glues i ended up using,,,,,, this plushie is mostly glue atp,
