dates on art are usually when i exported the file, not when they were actaully finished, nor when they were first posted, but thse dates should all be pretty similar
the little thumbnails under the art are alt versinos and other art related to taht given piece

terms of use !!

these apply to all art i create, not just illustrations but covers and animaitons and everything as well !! (even though i hardly do anything outside of illustratin you dont need to point it out i get it ok)

  • dont repost without credit ever !!!!!!!
  • credit me in the bio/ description if you use my art as a pfp or banner
  • if you want to repost/ reupload dm me to ask for permission, preferably on instagram, but discord (noctlas332) also works. do not ever repost without asking, and do not repost if i say no. if i dont respond, thats also a no
  • credit me even if you make changes to my art !
  • if you use my art in an edit, credit me (preferably tag me so i can see the edit xP)
  • for credit, link back to me whenever possible !! (just this website will do fine) this isnt necessary though
  • if youre using my art to decorate a website/ blog/ carrd/ whatever have both a link back to me and my name "noctlas332". in this case a link IS necesarry
  • dont use my art for commercial purposes !!!!
  • dont train ai on my art nor feature it in databases that shall be used for such actgivites
  • do not sell my art as prints or on other goods or merch
  • do not upload my art to websites which make goods with user uploaded images on them, like redbubble
  • do not ever post pieces traced from my art, even if its practise
  • please credit me if you are redrwaing a piece of mine
  • feel free to use my art for whatever personally though
  • if youre using my art as a cover/ bg for a yt playlist or fanfic cover image(?? what is that called) credit me
  • credit me as high in the description as possible, instead of near the bottom where no one will see it

if you see my art uploaded/ used without credit ples tell me so i can contact the uploader, or just (kindly) comment saying i drew it

by "repost/ reupload" i mean just taking my art and uploading it as is, like for an rp account, or a slide show
"make changes" means like when people edit their headcanons onto characters, or when ppl make icons and wallpapers with art in them,
"goods" means random shit like mugs or shirts or stickers and more,

i really like dont want people blatantly reposting my art on social media and things, as then my own social medias suffer and theyre really the only way i can keep an eye on how my art is doing online at all atm, and i dont want them to make money off of my art either, as i put a lot of work into it and make none myself. im fine with my art being used in a creative project or adapted, but i would like to be credited when that is the case. i hope these terms (which i feel sounds pretentious and weird but i dont know what ptohet word to use) dont sound too strict and strange, i just kind of wanted to detail what i allow and dont allow done with my art, both to let poeple know what i dont want done, but also to assure poeple of what i am ok with, like my art being edited
